Mobile notary services are no different than brick-and-mortar notaries. We are just as qualified, experienced and insured as any other reputable notary business. Just a lot more convenient! Instead of forcing you to interrupt your day to drive to us, we drive to you! We work around your schedule, not ours.
We serve West Houston, Katy, Richmont, Fulshear, Sugar Land and Brookshire. We may be in your area, so even if you don't see your area listed, contact us at info@signetnotary.com. We may be able to work something out!
We offer 3 core services: Mobile notary, Apostille, and signing agent. Basic pricing is as follows:
- Mobile Notary: $25.00 and up. Things like the number of documents/pages, your location and more will influence the price we quote. Signet Services is very competitive, so please contact us for a free quote.
- Apostille: $125.00 and up. Like notary, the number of documents and complexity (i.e. are translation services required), and required turnaround time influence the price. No two apostille assignments are the same, so please call or e-mail us so we can discuss the specifics with you.
- Signing agent: $1
Apostille is similar to notary, in the sense that you are getting important documents legally certified. However, apostille involves international transactions or legal procedures, like international adoptions, powers of attorney, etc. Each case is different, and requirements may vary by country. Apostille certification is performed by the US Department of State or by the Secretary of State at the state level. When you hire Signet Services, you will get one-on-one consultation, and we will personally manage the process on your behalf so that you don't have to worry about leaving anything out or getting any detail wrong. We get it right the first time.
A signing agent helps get real estate transactions closed. We work with title companies, real estate agents, buyers and sellers to make sure everyone is clear on what the documents are stipulating and that all the sections are signed and initialed properly. We have taken courses and passed exams to receive our certification, so you can rest assured we can help make sure your signing goes smoothly.
